Orders are normally processed in 1 to 2 days. Please allow up to 5 business day processing for popular items. Once it is shipped orders are normally delivered in 4 to 7 days in the USA and 6 to 15 days for international orders. Some countries have a slower or longer courier service and may take up to 10 more business days for orders to be delivered.
Upon placing your order, please allow 1 up to 5 business days for tracking to be uploaded. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a notification from us. To check the status of your order, please refer to your transaction history or email us and we will gladly reply within 24 hours.

Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.

Credit card and debit card is processed via paypal's website. Please note that you don't need to sign-up for a paypal account nor do you need a paypal account to pay by credit/debit card.
